We were a part of the $10 million redevelopment project fit out of Oamaru's 100 year old Opera House. It involved full rewiring of the old lady including the fantastic new and substantial stage lighting with industrial dimmer controls, plus new lifts, stage winches and more.

The lighting uses the unique dynalight programmable system.

Then there is the amazing exterior LED lighting installation! This included fitting Herring Lightings LED lighting system to the outside of the building. They can be programmed to create an infinite array of colours and won a Lighting Design Award held by The Illuminating Engineering Society of NZ and Australia.

The wonderful village-like setting of Highfield Mews Motel included complete wiring of the new complex on Thames Street in Oamaru

This included panel heaters in each room, inside lighting, outside lighting, road sign and more

Each room's heating aswell as the outside lighting, road sign and no vacancy sign are all operated from an automated touch screen panel in the office. This allows you to control switching each rooms heating individually on or off and separately control the outside lighting all by the touch of a screen.

We had the job of full wiring Geoff & Jude's stunning new home situated on the top of a hill overlooking a gorgeous view of North Otago

The job included installation of underfloor heating, heatpumps, data & power supply for all their sound & visual gear, a comprehensive line up of lighting throughout both indoor and outdoor, and the install of a water supply to the house from a pump 200 metres down the hill.

It's a 60 Bale Rotary Shed and this is some of the work involved...

• Connection of a Corkill System Variable speed vacuum controller. It controls the vacuum pump at variable speeds for constant air pressure, including two milk silo vats connected to refrigeration.
• 15kWh wash water supply with variable speed controller and a 7.5kWh farm water supply (also variable speed). This gives the convenience of turning the tap on and it automatically starts offering a constant water pressure.
• Supply and installation of the main switch board, with a controller for the rotary platform, consisting of forward and reverse contactor, variable speed control and safety stops.
• Installation wiring for the yard backing gate with a control panel which includes manual/auto control, timed forward, quick reverse, electric fence, power forward/reverse limits, up/down cam limits on chains
• Effluent system - 15kWh soft start, powder coated panel, 32amp 3 phase mechanical interlock switch socket for 15kWh motor, power factor correction, float stem with limit switches for start/stop control.
• Grain Silo Controller - has a sequence start/stop which controls the grain from the silo outside, to the roller, and to the automatic feeder inside the shed.
• Connection of Waikato Milking Systems plant
• Variable speed milk twin pump system with 3 phase pulsators
• Installation of lighting include metal halide outdoor lights, under veranda waterproof fluoro lights
