There were 18 villas in the initial build.
The next stage currently in progress includes:

  • A new loop street with ring mains power, lighting and fibre cable reticulation
  • Street lighting
  • Street septic pump wiring
  • Up to 50 villas and more going in
  • Power, lighting and data systems
  • Single split heat pumps to all Villas
